For all transformers, we offer an extended warranty upon request, up to three years beyond the normal warranty period.

  • Consumables and spare parts

Investing in spare parts is a key way to achieve optimal system quality. Striking the right balance between the number of parts required at various stages of the transformer's (or transformers') life, such as commissioning and the 2- and 5-year life of the system, will result in excellent cost effectiveness for the system.

  • Condition test

Our service team can also help with on-site testing and inspections. Upon request, engineers from Chuanglian Huitong Electric will be on site to conduct testing, inspect equipment and inspect settings.

  • Maintenance plan

In the event of a problem or malfunction, the transformer can be returned to our factory for inspection and testing. We provide information on the status of the transformer upon receipt of the test plan and will issue a report based on which repair costs are estimated. If installation or cost reduction is required, our staff can perform repairs on site.

  • Scrap management

For some transformers that have been installed and in operation for a long time, major spare parts may not be available or traceable. Through reverse engineering, the Chuanglian Huitong Electrical team is able to perform the inspections and measurements required to provide a faithfully reproduced part (usually a coil).
